Ben Seck

Ben Seck brings hands-on expertise and extensive operational experience to the project development of Global TREE Project AG. As a trained carpenter/joiner, he possesses in-depth knowledge of woodworking and construction. He has been self-employed for over twelve years and has lived in Paraguay for more than ten years, where he oversees construction management and the operational control of diverse projects.

His focus lies in the operational management and supervision of on-site projects in Paraguay. As Project Manager, he is responsible for day-to-day operations, process coordination, and interface management between the various business units involved. Working closely with Finance, Technology, Compliance, Management, and Marketing, he ensures structured implementation and seamless coordination of projects on the ground.

A central component of his work is organization and communication in an international environment. Ben Seck operates confidently in German, English, and Spanish, ensuring efficient collaboration with local partners such as reforestation teams, other on-site project teams, and company headquarters.

With his on-site presence and hands-on approach, he contributes significantly to the successful implementation of Global TREE Project AG’s projects in Paraguay.

His focus: operational management, clear coordination, and reliable execution.
